Microsoft releases Android notification syncing feature for Windows 10 Insiders

Microsoft has begun to implement synchronization of PC-to-PC notifications with application-based configuration features for Windows Insiders in Preview Build 18885. This new app is called "Your Phone" and allows consumers to manage smartphone notifications Android. on your desk. or portable.

Microsoft's senior program manager, Anal Otero Díaz, said the new Your Phone app will allow users to choose apps for which notifications will sync automatically with their Windows 10 PC.

According to Microsoft's director of program and experience management, Vishnu Nath, Microsoft will soon add many new features to the Your Phone app. He said it was a gradual start of synchronization notifications from his phone to his PC and that the company would also launch new features, such as the cold response to notifications and the reflection of the Surface screen. .

According to the Microsoft support page for the Your Phone application, to use the Windows Insiders application, you must run version 1803 (RS4) or higher, your smartphone must have at least 1 GB of RAM and run Android 7.0 Nougat or later.

As a reminder, the company introduced for the first time Your Phone application at the Builders Conference Build held in May 2018. The first application feature to access photos from Android smartphones and to transfer them to photos was launched from Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17728.

The application was made publicly available with Windows 10 Build 1803, and then transferred back to the test branch within 24 hours of the Windows 10 Build 1803 release.
